Refunds and Returns Policy

At Helpdesk 609, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.

Coaching Services

  • Refund Requests Prior to First Session: If you need to cancel your coaching package before your first session, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled kickoff call.

  • Partial Refunds After Sessions Begin: If you’ve already begun your coaching sessions but are unsatisfied, we offer prorated refunds for any unused sessions. Refunds will be based on the number of completed sessions.

  • No Refunds After Package Completion: Once all sessions in the package have been completed, we are unable to offer refunds.

Rescheduling Policy

  • We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply reach out to us in any way that’s convenient for you—email, phone, or in person. We aim to process all refund requests within 7 business days.
